After 60 days of this fully unprocessed diet I'm convinced the reason we all crave eating so much crappy food is simply because are bodies are just deficient in the real nutrients they need. This is the easiest 'diet' I've ever tried. 100% recommend.

With the insane dopamine effects of ultra-processed foods I’m really starting to believe an ‘everything in moderation diet’ is no longer possible. Moving to a 100% whole food diet is seeming essential.

One of the best decisions I've ever made is getting an alarm so I could charge my phone outside my room. In the winter months these sunrise alarm clocks are so good as they wake you up over 30 mins with light too. So much more natural.

I struggle sometimes with pretty intense intrusive thoughts. I discovered recently they are a symptom of OCD. I’ve had OCD since I was 4/5 years old. I read some research that OCD symptoms elevate when your serotonin levels are low. So for a month now I’ve been laser focused
