Here’s a chart of best case scenario suppressed firearms dBs. For comparison a rock concert is anywhere from 100-120 dBs. The difference between impulse noise and prolonged exposure damage is great but ALL of the suppressed guns were in the rock concert range. Silenced? 😂

To this day I still don’t get why any public high school wouldn’t in 2019 even be considering hiring a certified strength coach. So much liability can come from those running weight program with no experience, education or high level job experience. The student athlete benefit

Today we lost Remington. The best dog anyone could ask for. 12.5 years old and fought through some heart issues the last year. Going to miss this guy. He’s been though every first with Delise and I. His intelligence, loyalty, protectiveness and love will be missed In Our house

Be careful who you send your kids to for any speed and strength training! Some people just looking to make money and don’t have the background or education on proper scientific training methods. Hire professionals to train your kids not some random person! Do your homework!!!!🗣️
