@robertbenda @qkate When I was 14 I was dismissed as “drug seeking” because I went to the ER 3x for severe abdominal pain that wasn’t improving as well as zero appetite and constant nausea. Finally did diagnostics- it was gallstones and I needed emergency surgery at that point.

@elizaisntfunny I’m so so sorry for your loss. As a vet tech, $400 is fairly reasonable for exam/euthanasia/cremation. Euthasol and sedatives are expensive and there’s cost of supplies for the catheter/syringes/vet and tech time as well. I do wish we could do it for free :(
