46 of Zambia’s 72 ethnic groups are Lozi tribes. Lozi consists of several ethnic groups such as the Kwanda, Makoma, Mbowe, Mishulundu, Mwenyi, Mwanga, Ndundulu, Nygengo, Shanjo, Simaa and others which live in the Barotse flood plains. Their common language is siLozi.

@25Erasmus Boi. It’s necessary. We can’t go on like this and someone has to speak out. Copper Queens complained, Chipolopolo complained, coaches complained. How many complaints should there be before Zanama and friends take their jobs seriously?

Any Zambian who has been on a Lusaka- Harare bus and dropped off at Roadport in the aftermath of the 2021 elections will tell you that our southern cousins feel about us what South Africans feel about them.

Talking about afrophobia. I was young, but I remember that Zimbabweans were also quite afrophobic in the 1980s when their economy was doing well. Malawians, Mozambicans, and Zambians, in particular, were recipients of the afrophobia. We didn't have social media. But it was bad

Okay, my 2 day campaign against tribalism is done now. Back to regular content 😅. But, if you still have strong negative feelings against any Zambian group, I invite you to unfollow (and block) me. We don’t tolerate that here.

Ndipo, the two twin presidents who have gone to China, are doing a "battle of performance" zoona. Every time I scroll, it's picture for picture of meetings in China, paying homage to tourist sites, bar for bar, aura for aura. Chikunyonge season!

Life isn't scripted. The best in your class doesn't have a job yet one with 2.2 or pass has a decent job and doing so well. Different folks, with different destinies. You can't understand how the universe operates to be honest.

Dear Zambian parents (and adults in general), Asking for a payment is not indiscipline. Your lack of planning is not the athletes’ problem. They worked so why should they be negotiating for their dues?

I'm being a contrarian for the sake of perspective. We have an office of the 6th president of Zambia. Its not a retirement office but a fully functional government office funded by taxpayers. The bearer of that office was invited for a state function.

I just remembered that at one time in our country, someone built 48 houses and we didn’t know who it was. The craziest bit though is why someone thought they would need 48 houses. 48! Built on land with title, but an untraceable owner. Wow!

The budget speech is too long. I'm tempted to switch to off, but then that would mean having to hear the remix by News Diggers. Can't trust those guys.
