Okay dah tau dah tricks nak pakai retinol ni. Jangan pakai banyak layer of serum. Cukup toner and one serum. Tunggu dah betul serap, then baru pakai retinol. Boleh rasa beza skin bila pakai dengan banyak banyak layer dengan pakai minimum layer. Yang 2nd tu lebih berkesan.

Sebenarnya fasa single ni fun je. Tak banyak pening kepala. Cuma tak dinafikan rasa sunyi bila takde orang nak talk to about our days. Sedih ke, happy ke, marah ke.. perempuan kan perlu tempat nak bercerita 🥲 But i think if ada close friends to rant about our days, okay lah ☺️

Semua dah nangis nangis takut something bad happens. All of us! 😭😭 My niece few times kena buat blood transfusion sebab dia ada anemia 🥺 After we got the call from PDN, bawa to KPJ to do blood test alhamdulillah its non-reactive (-ve) 😩

PDN follows the procedure. My guess is the donor donates blood recently and tested +ve. As safety precaution, PDN check on the donor’s prev record and contacted all the blood receiver to do the test. Which is very good. This post is actually to create awareness to BLOOD DONORS.

After few years ada company akan tukar all their laptop/pc ke model yang lebih baru. And usually they will letgo murah murah je yang lama. Try la tanya in case dorang nak donate atau jual murah.

Dapat lecturer macam ni Alhamdulillah. Mase PJJ,dalam class ade student call,dalam pantang. Tak boleh bagi assigment by hand sebab husband outstation. Lecturer nak jugak hari tu,by hand. Taknak email. Budak tu datang naik grab,lecturer tu reject sebab lambat 5 minit
