@skinnyprinsess america is so much bigger than europeans realize lol 30 minutes is close to us, my dad commutes 2 hours to work everyday and most people i know commute AT LEAST 45 minutes for school/work

☆CLOSING☆ so what can we learn from this? 1. eat to live, don’t live to eat (your body is not a trash can). 2. exercise as much as possible at any given opportunity. 3. skinny is the best accessory to any outfit. 4. being fat is generally more inconvenient than being skinny.

☆FOOD☆ 1. quantity - this one’s pretty obvious, but we have meal swipes that we can use to access practically an unlimited amount of food and i’ve noticed that while fat people tend to gorge themselves and end up with piles of empty plates in front of them after each meal,

skinny people are more modest and usually only have 3-4 unfinished plates left in front of them. and if they *do* have an empty plate, it’s because the serving size that the dining hall provided was incredibly small in the first place.

2. quality - along that same vein, while fat people tend to eat large amounts of junk foods and small amounts of healthy foods, skinny people usually load up on healthy foods before having small amounts of junk foods so that they don’t overeat the junk.

4. snacks - lastly, while fat people snack constantly while studying, in class, etc. i never see skinny people snacking unless it’s absolutely necessary (like after a workout or in between day-long study sessions). and if they are snacking it’s usually because they haven’t eaten

☆EXERCISE☆ 5. opportunistic - from what i’ve noticed, while fat people almost always try to find shortcuts in exercise, such as taking one of the school-issued scooters to class or riding the bus, skinny people walk literally anywhere and everywhere.

☆APPEARANCE☆ 7. clothing - i think i’ve mentioned this before, but while fat people usually have to wear generic/sporty clothing in order to feel comfortable, skinny people usually wear cute/stylish clothing that allows them to show off their personality and figure.

if point B is less than 30 mins away from point A, then they will walk no matter what. even if they know they’ll be tired from the walk cause they’re carrying a backpack, groceries, etc. they would rather save money and get their steps in than be comfortable.

3. leftovers - i’ve also seen that while fat people never seem to be carrying leftovers, skinny people are almost always carrying around unfinished food, or they’ll even offer it to others if they’re in a dining hall and aren’t allowed to take the food outside.

also, there are healthy and unhealthy dining halls at my school and i usually see that skinny people tend to go to the healthy dining halls more often than not. they rarely go to the unhealthy dining halls, and if they do they try to only eat the healthiest foods offered there.

since fat people sweat more than skinny people, they have no choice but to wear generic/sporty clothing or they’ll risk sweating through all their nice clothing otherwise. skinny people, on the other hand, have the freedom to wear anything they want since it takes quite a bit

6. gym - this one’s also obvious, but despite all the walking that we do simply just to get to classes (most people’s classes are 20+ mins away from their dorms at my school), skinny people tend to go to the gym on top of that while fat people usually don’t.

9. stamina - and finally, i’ve noticed that fat people usually have the habit of breathing loudly after the tiniest bit of exercise (i.e. walking upstairs) while skinny people don’t tend to have that issue at all and have to do much more intensive exercises to get to that point.

now i’m not saying that i don’t see fat people at the gym because i most certainly do, but it’s very rare that i see them workout for more than 30 minutes, while skinny people usually have intensive 1-2 hour long multifaceted workouts that involve cardio, weightlifting, and more.

8. makeup - along those same lines, fat people also tend to not wear makeup as they’ll sweat it all off with the heat wave we’re currently in, while skinny people are allowed the privilege of getting all done up despite the weather since they rarely sweat at all w/o good reason.

☆EXTRA☆ 10. now this one is a bit random but i’ve also noticed that fat people tend to carry backpacks so they don’t have to hold anything in their hands while skinny people carry tote bags that force them to hold their laptop, notebooks, or anything too big for the tote.
