Letter printed in CAMRA magazine... As a pub, we would go out of business if we didn't place at least an equal focus on keg and cask. Why can't these people understand that keg is crucial to pubs' survival, and hence the survival of "real ale"?

Here she is @LambicQueen having the first pint of her @ElusiveBrew collab beer. A lovely brown ale hopped with Columbus, Centennial and then dry hopped with sorachi ace. An easy drinking 5.9% (i.e dangerous)!

Here’s a snippet from the ITV News piece. It’s very frustrating to see hospitality slowly eroding. Pub culture isn’t just about the transactional value of drinks. It’s enriching, important for social cohesion & human connection. Yes the government could be doing a lot more!

Told last week that a pint of very *okay* golden ale from another local pub is now £5 a pint. For 80p more you get the juiciest Cloudwater on cask down The Dodo. For 20p less you get an excellent pale ale on cask from a much more exciting brewery. I’m done justifying my pricing!
