You forgot one thing: Have a proper work-life balance! Spend time with your family guys!
Skip a day if you don't feel like doing it. Spend time with your friends. Go out and your mind will open up.
Don't sit on your desk, chair, sofa all day.
Stay healthy, design healthy
Yesterday, I posted that I needed to hire three new people for a contract. 90% of them were not suitable at all after evaluating the portfolios and messages I received!
Please,
DON'T LEARN DESIGN THIS WAY ಠ_ಠ
Here's how I made myself a pro and stand out from others.
Recently, I have been looking at this trend of new way of learning.

What does a product designer actually do?
I see there is a lot of confusion. (⊙_⊙)?
In simple terms. A product designer has 4 key roles:
→ Understanding user needs
→ Understanding business needs
→ Translating those needs into visual designs
If you think Design is all about aesthetics, you should QUIT your job right now.
Have you ever wondered what the word "design" really means?
Most people without a thought associate it with creating visually pleasing stuff like colours and layouts.

Why do designers think that trends are always worth following?
Let me tell you about how designers often follow trends. You see, they believe that following trends is a good idea for a few reasons.
Most people believe that you need a DEGREE to become a product designer.
The answer is NO. ( ̄︶ ̄)↗
You can come from:
→ science
→ engineering
→ graphic design
→ industrial design
→ project management
whatever
Here are the basics of UI and UX you need to know.
If you are a UX designer, some of the core foundational things that you need to know are:
- User flow diagrams
- Wireframes
- And maybe, minor research like competitive sets.
"OverlayAnalytics" SaaS Web UI/UX Design project.
Overview:
→ "OverlayAnalytics" was looking to raise pre-seed funding by redesigning the website while keeping the new branding of the SaaS product in mind.
The basics of UI and UX you need to know.
Why?
Because if you are a UX designer, some of the core foundational things that you must know are:
- Wireframes
- User flow diagrams
- Minor research like competitive sets.
- Not enough clients
- Lack of skills
- Lack of equipment
- Stuck on low income

So many people get this wrong.
I was one of them as well.
Half a decade ago. So let me easily explain this for you too:
What is UI and what is UX and why would you even want to get started in this industry?
Well, It’s very simple.
This simple idea made me a better Designer.
Actually, It's more like an understanding and a change of mindset.
"There really is no failure, there’s just learning",
→ Either you win, or you learn.
Because every time you do something that may not work out,
Design is only for creative people.
Seriously?
Have you ever thought that only creative people can do design?
I used to think so, too.
I mean, we often connect design with artistic skills like drawing or graphic design, right? But it turns out this idea is not entirely true.
A Good Website Influences Your Customers' Behaviour.
How?
Picture this - you're browsing the internet looking for a product or a service, and you come across a website that catches your attention.
Design is only about solving visual problems.
Really?
Have you ever wondered what design is all about?
Well, many people think it's just about fixing:
- How things look
- The visual part of design.
- Things like colors and layouts.
- Because people notice them more.
Have you ever wondered what web design is all about?
What exactly is a designer?
- You may say,
- That looks easy,
- I can do that too.
- Trust me, you can't.
Do you think companies are crazy,
paying hundreds of thousands of dollars
for a brand guide or a website? No!
Result:
→ Throughout the project, I worked closely with the Slash team to ensure that their vision was brought to life and that the website was functional and visually appealing.
Do you think being a designer is an easy skill to master?
But here's how you can quickly become better than 99% of the others!

♻ Repost to educate others!
PS. Which one of the three skills you already have?
I almost stopped working with my client because of this.
When they told me, I couldn't believe it at first.
"White Space in a design is a waste."
I still remember the time,
When my client told me that leaving white space is a waste.
Has this ever happened to you that a client never came back to you after a meeting or a call?
Well, it used to happen to me a lot!
But here are 3 mistakes you can avoid never to let that happen.
Save this post and read it whenever you’re about to hop on a call with a client
I know it's hard to keep posting regularly and be active, but I did it to see what happens.
Today marks the day of my continuous posting for exactly 30 days! I’ve been posting one reel/post daily. See the stats below 👇
And I can say, “This was not easy”.
This may be controversial, but users don’t always know what they want!
Yeah, you read that right.
I used to think that way, too.
But,
Good design involves:
- Observing users.
- Listening to users.
- Using expert judgment.
- And make things work well.
