This is a game changer. But Companies have to be vigilant. Tools are out there, bank and broker balance sheets are plenty deep to justify lawsuits and they will only learn when they suffer from serious losses as we and our shareholders have !

An honest short seller. Marks his stock sale short and has a borrow. He makes a bet that company stock will decline. He puts up his capital. I have no problem with that. Should happen on the uptick and not on a downtick but we can discuss the merits of the Tick Test later. A
