No teacher can "personalize" instruction if they don't have a deep enough relationship with a student to know what is really going on with them personally and academically to trigger their curiosity and light their intrinsic motivation fire to excellence.

Surgery went well, and while we will have to wait for pathology reports on the removed tissue, what the doctor saw looked good. There could be cells too small to see, but it is good news so far.
