@US_Stormwatch I strengthened my roof here in Central Forida by having 3" of closed cell polyurethane foam applied to the underside of the roof. I read a study by the University of Florida that estimates a 3x improvement against wind shear. Florida is still looking into the efficacy of this.

@jentaub We need campaign finance reform. R's outspent D's more than 4 to 1 in Florida and our D turnout shows it. Agree that outright election denial is now not a winning strategy but they will adapt and continue to whittle away rights and increase the income gap.

@KHayhoe Our contributions at an individual level aren't making a whole lot of difference. I have been driving a small fuel efficient low emissions vehicle for decades while everyone else moves to larger vehicles. Companies and governments are not taking the issue seriously enough.

@Scott_Maxwell It seems to be well known in New York by the CBP officers at the airport. I was confused flying back from Europe when my Florida license didn't scan, and they asked me if I had something else. I used my passport. They said Florida licenses have problems. This was two weeks ago.
