2. be in a constant state of ibadah when ur menstruating. u cant pray but u can keep track of dhikr. u cant touch the Quran but u can listen to a recording of it. and remember that Allah has pardoned u and it’s impermissible for anyone to judge u for missing ur prayers or fasts.
