The juror voting sheet only has guilty w a checkbox. “Not guilty” is NOT listed on there. AJ argued it’s almost like the court wants them to vote guilty. He’s not wrong. Judge Bev was rude & disagreed. She said @BostonDefender surely has seen sheets like this in Ma. He has NOT.

Juror #3 has been dismissed. She was an OBVIOUS not guilty vote, and by far the most attentive juror the entire trial.

To add to my unqualified OPINION here… This was my biggest worry when the defense announced they were only calling 5 witnesses. I don’t want to question the best attorneys in the country, but my immediate reaction was I hope they’re not getting overconfident and underestimating
