Twice I gave old clothing to masjid Imams to distribute & saw them wearing it, ie they were themselves zakaah eligible. We don't realise how people we see daily suffer When ivory tower orators rave about our luxuries, and only people in distant lands suffer, it really hurts me

I decline iftaar invitations. Ramadaan Time is too precious. When I suggest that I'll gladly accept an invitation other months, those who have time in Ramadaan are then too busy in worldly activity. Ramadaan worship can be sacrificed but not worldly activity in 11 months.

My friend returning from umrah said that this Madinah museum had artifacts 8 years ago, now it's just screen displays. Also you have to log into the nusuk app and to visit Nabi ﷺ at the Rawdah, which is only allowed ONCE A YEAR. Saudi war against Islam continues on many fronts

While nabeedh (date seeped water) is Sunnah, it easily ferments in hot weather. If you don't know how to identify signs of fermentation (foam, bubble, thickening) then avoiding Haraam takes precedence over an optional l Sunnah

The Sunnah is to complete a Khatmul Quraan then start another. Theres no need abandon a current recitation to begin anew at Ramadaan. Continue where you are. If you started Ramadaan at juz 14, made Khatm, then did the 1st 13, you would have recited the entire Quraan anyway
