On Tuesday, Year 4 pupils had an important visit from West Midlands Fire Service

to teach us how to stay safe if we have a fire in the home. Thank you for your important visit, we certainly learnt a lot and are looking forward to informing our families.
Thank you to our partner company Lear Corporation for donating lots of essential grocery items to our school. We managed to fill 30 carrier bags with the help of our kind staff. We will now be able to support lots of our vulnerable families!

A huge thank you to Lear Corporation for donating chocolate bunnies for all of our pupils. Jeff (Vice President) and Christine were fantastic Easter bunnies and the pupils are all very thankful for all that you do for us!
Today there are more than 600 Breakfast Clubs across the UK, including our own at Stanton Bridge. but we need to do more. By 2025, Greggs intend to double its impact and provide 70,000 meals every school day.

We are holding a two day holiday club for children in years 2 to 6. We are offering a range of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, movie time, and online learning. Mr Mohamed gave ice lollies to children for good behaviour. We have 60 children attending the club.

Last week at Stanton Bridge our Year 5 pupils had a fantastic Careers Day. They had the opportunity to experience a wide range of different careers and asked lots of insightful questions. We will be sharing lots of pictures over the week!

Six luckyย children from Year 5, attended a

Dodgeball tournament at the Excel Leisure centre in Coventry. We managed to come in 3rd place out of 10 participating teams! The children had lots of fun. Well done children!
We held a 4 week summer holiday club for children from year 1-6. We held a good range of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, fun learning activities . These activities were all done whilst following social distancing guidelines. They all really enjoyed the holiday club.๐

In year 1 we have been learning to count in 2s, 5s and 10s. Today we used our fine motor skills to put beads on pipe cleaners to make a shape. Then we had to count in 2s, 5s and 10s to find the total amount of beads.

Obb and Bob came to visit Year 1 last week and asked for help with feeding them words. Some words are real and some are alien, so the children have been busy blending to make sure the right bin gets the right word!
