I have urged @Naveen_Odisha to ensure that ODCL, Odisha's only public sector drug manufacturing unit (and profitable at that) be kept alive. Odisha gov't must buy out IDPL's stake - its a mere INR 64 lakhs. This unit can be used to build Odisha's own vaccine production capacity.
