Ive been taking one hour trains everyday for the past three days from Barcelona, visiting small quaint Spanish towns and beaches, because the train journeys are the best I've ever seen! I can sit on this train and look over at the Mediterranean everyday of my life.

The world is so tiny, met my Bangalore neighbour in Berlin. He whipped me up the craziest meal in 20 mins with ingredients in my fridge. (Perks of being friends with the genius . @anuragarorra ) Fish cured in english gooseberry compote, coconut sugar sauce with coriander oil.
