Exactly one year ago, I opened Maki Patisserie. I started from an empty room in Indiranagar to fitting ovens, fridges, tables and chairs to bake some honest, delicious food for everyone who has dropped by. So grateful 🍋

I had an annoying exchange student from Switzerland when I was little. She missed home so on Easter we made hot cross buns with honey butter. Now I miss her so here’s the MÄKI version of a hot cross bun filled with chocolate & orange ganache and mangoes & cream🥭
