today is my 30 days of doing 100 squats a day. i feel & see a difference. it has helped with my hip dips & my thighs are bigger. the first couple of days was pain but after that its fine. 50 in the morning, 50 at night. takes around 5 mins for each 50. lets continue to do this 👑
