I had some heated thoughts about growth hacking techniques that are poison (hiding login, download links) to share… but here is a picture of my dog.
Just… do better maybe?

👋 I experience this sometimes, but I think it's more because I'm having a hard time processing what they're saying or worrying about responding. I'm learning to sit with it, and the discomfort fades.

Does that guy get paid extra to act like a jerk? Seems young, brash, and arrogant of perspective.
Thanks to you doctors that do try to talk and share. My health was stuck for years because of terrible GPs.
[Why I don't drink water]
If I go fill my waterbottle, I'll be *gone* for ~35 minutes.
Solved by drinking a water at the start of the day and filling my water bottle.
But if I drink from the waterbottle, I have to fill it.
Anyways, I'm in the garage now.
Stay hydrated 🙄
I know two nurses quitting their careers this year. One in step down — and it’s not cause they’re anti-vax.
People aren’t machines and your fake appreciation is an insult to their existence as human beings.
So it turns out a behavioral tick I’ve used to force my attention for 20 years really did a number on my brain, and now I can’t start anything.
Yes, I’m getting help, and I’m ok, but the human experience is… a ride 😬
I’ll use Mental Health Day to gently nudge people on three things that I’ve learned to be true:
1) fear of yourself “changing” from dealing with an issue is a trap
2) change is good
3) waiting to talk/deal will almost always lead to more damage to you and others.

Please go talk to a doctor. They won’t force you to do anything, but you can start making better decisions (for your health) with their help.
Don’t let others fears keep you from a full life. Good luck!

Thinking I might donate those game worn gloves from
@Stefan24Frei
back to the cause.
I’ve had them for a year. Now someone else can get a shot at them. Would that help drive up $$ for you?
I bet there are people who have overcome incredible obstacles and survived impossible journeys, who could tell fantastic stories with invaluable life lessons that would dwarf the best-selling self-help books.
Me and my unofficial pace partner for the day 📸
I love finding people who are clearly 🏃 a plan and then try to figure it out and use it to my advantage, now or next run.
I was forced to seek help this year for anxiety and ended up with a very clear diagnosis for
#ADHD
and sensory processing issues.
I mostly regret that I couldn’t get help sooner —
Don’t wait to wave a white flag or ask for help.

Dude… I jump from people sneezing because my dad was so loud. Are you telling me in July I’m gonna turn into a loud sneezer?
I HATE THIS TIMELINE!
@AdultingADHD
I started with walking and then moved to running. It kind of saved my life and became one of my "special" interests.
During runs, I listen to hours of podcasts, audiobooks, and music and it gives me a feeling of calmness that is irreplaceable.
