Forgot to post but so far have been getting used to the diet or eating lesser carbs in general. Focus more on getting protein in with some veggies to fill up my appetite. See how ig 🤣

Today was wow my first time going around and it was quite scary hahaha. Nothing noteworthy about the gym tho just that i am exhausted after the whole thing that i was just blur 🥴

My second last session with my PT doing chest. Still learning new things from him yet now worried progress wont be good without his guidance afterwards😮💨
Those who are scared that they will be stiff or awkward during a photoshoot, cannot be worse than me in this shot 🤣 But eventually i did relax more but just wanna share even maybe not so good ones 😅😅
Been so occupied i forgot to upload my last session doing legs and once again fked my workout cause my hamstrings still hurt but my quads were totally fine so it made gymming tricky that session 😵
Good progression on my bench but my shoulder gave up when doing shoulder press. Like one side damn weak ended up just doing lateral raises to make up for it. Maybe bench use too much shoulder means my technique still not ideal
