@SeeFisch I think it’s similar for most low and middle income countries. Average pay for a doctor annually is $2000-2500/ annum. It suffices to say, IMG spend about 2yrs of their annual salary for ERAS application alone and 5yrs of their annual salary on the whole USMLE journey

Not everyone with Parkinson disease manifest motor symptoms( shaky hands, gait disturbance etc). Motor manifestation only tells you (>60% ) of dopamine producing neuronal cells have been lost. It also means neuronal loss started around 10-20yrs ago. #Medfacts .
