My car insurance expired this week. I called the insurance company for a new quote & they said it will increase by £400 because I was involved in an accident last year. I contacted a new insurance company & they gave me a cheaper quote which is £200 less than previous year.

If you’re done with PLAB 2 & GMC reg but struggling with getting a job, you can apply from your country to do residency training in Int Med, Psychiatry or GP(Fam Med) without NHS experience. You can swap to the specialty of your choice later on. Application is open now on Oriel.

In the practice of medicine, despite all the shenanigans, make sure you know your stuff very well. It’s your distinguishing feature. Just be a good doctor. Money will come eventually.
