watched this vid from @redeyesGrnDrgn today and really enjoyed it. two hobbyist exploration games : StompPlonk and BABBDI. also I played StompPlonk developed by @MarekKapolka , and damn the atmosphere and the death screen were breathtaking !

@TheTrashbang I quite agree with this but during development I never thought it would be so easy for players to get these items, as they are pretty much hidden. I'll surely find a way to fix or balance this "issue" for the next game, though its also part of the fun to find them early ingame.

@metycent I would say that you learn programming without really thinking about it when you have fun developing your game. when you need to implement a mechanic and you dont know how, google or ytb tutorials will have the answer. thats how you learn new things

@metycent I learned programming along the way, started with tutorials to have the basics, but after watching a few tutorials I worked on my own projects. At the beginning I copy/paste code from google or tutorials, but then with time I understand it and Im able to change it for my needs.
