I’ve had this portrait of @grahamcoxon and @alexjameshq since the early 2000s. Taken at Reading Festival in 1993 but I’m struggling to remember the name of the photographer. She had an exhibition of her work at a photographers gallery in Islington which is where I bought it.

Early night.. first day at work tomorrow in a while. My anxiety and depression have made 2019 a very bad year for me, so to end it by being back in work and feeling more positive is a huge step forward. Thank you to everyone who’s been supportive and kind.. I’m hugely thankful x

The kids’ grandad is visiting this weekend. Some of you may remember his wife died recently and we went to the funeral in London. This is the first time we’ve seen him since, and the first time he’s ever visited on his own. Matilda was really glad to see him.

I had a low day yesterday (I often feel it when the house is empty again) but today I got loads of things done at work, and now I’m sitting outside in the warm air, with my freshly watered plants, a bottle of red, my book, some music, and supper in the oven. It feels nice.
