Chaim Peri was 79. Amiram Cooper was 84. Yoram Metzger was 80. They deserved to live out their retirement in peace, dignity and surrounded by loved ones. Instead, they were dragged into Gaza by terrorists on October 7 and were killed in captivity.

if I had a niece in a Tel Aviv hospital fighting for her life I simply would not fire hundreds of rockets at Tel Aviv and put her life in even more danger, but that’s just me.

Hamas has released two hostages with American citizenship, Israel has confirmed. The reason for releasing them is “humanitarian” they said, but if they’re so humanitarian what about the other 201? Regardless, two is a start. May they recover from whatever they endured.
