本日で仕事納めでした。 <2023年の手術件数> 顕微鏡下精索静脈瘤手術 143件 Micro-TESE 45件 Simple TESE 32件 顕微鏡下精巣上体管精管吻合術 2件 Onco-TESE 1件でした。 今年は病気なく一年やり抜きました。

@raevti @SMSNA_ORG @OmerRaheemMD @drrauli Rarely experienced late presentation of penile fracture. They usually visit us immediately and I would repair surgically in most cases. I have believed earlier intervention is better for post function/pain/bleeding. Interesting debate!
