Think about all the difficulties that the health care workers and the essential service providers have to face everyday to help us stay safe and healthy.

Com’on spectators, we can all do better. The game of cricket is about celebrating EVERYONE and not abusing.

P.s. Getting to watch cricket live from the stadium is a privilege in these difficult times, honour it.
I had put this small poster up on my bedroom wall in February as an affirmation.⚡️
My heart is filled with gratitude for everyone who stood by me this gone year and I am truly humbled by all your wishes.🙏🏾
Hard work continues.💪🏾

I have been reading/ hearing a lot about the changes being suggested to help grow women's cricket/ make it a more attractive product. I personally feel most of the suggestions to be superfluous.

I’ve always been in awe of Mohammed Siraj’s bowling. What he has achieved in his career thus far is incredible, inspiring & incomparable.
So folks trying really hard to make it appear as if I implied something else please take your conversations elsewhere. 🙏🏾
Would wish for Starc to have a great Ashes purely for the work he did with the women’s team behind the scenes during their last international assignment.

P.s. Headband?! 🥺
The India U-19s have done it! You absolute legends. Congratulations on winning the inaugural U-19 World Cup tournament. You folks for sure have inspired a lot of girls back home (and us too).

Heartiest congratulations to England too.👏🏽
With utmost respect to genuine cricket fans :🙏🏾
Regarding the argument about the use of gender neutral terms,my logic is simple:
One girl feeling more included & thus wanting to take up / stick with🏏 > losing /not having a hundred unwelcoming, discriminating & disgruntled fans.
Congratulations on a great international career Meg. I’ve been privileged to have played against and alongside this legendary cricketer and an absolute lovely human. Thanks Meg❤️
Today has been a momentous day for women’s cricket in India and women’s sport globally.⚡️
We wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for the ex-women cricketers and everyone who helped us grow. A huge shout out to them all.🙏🏾

Spare a thought for all those athletes who haven’t been able to finish on the podium or came agonisingly close. If we are so disappointed sitting at home watching, imagine their heartbreak when they’ve done the hard work for years, qualified & then things don’t go their way. ✊🏾
Folks deleting ( /or stating they would delete) a cricket website’s app because the website intends to introduce gender neutral terms in their coverage of games are next level woke.
Sorry folks, was off socials for a while. I'm pleasantly surprised by the excitement over delivery 0.2 of the second T20i.

Every tour, I've been on, has been a great learning curve and this one has taught me some invaluable life lessons.
Dear live cricket broadcasting television channels, please stop cutting in for ad breaks abruptly. It’s frustrating especially when the commentators are discussing stuff that is fascinating to cricket viewers.

It has been a real privilege to have represented my country in
@T20WorldCup
and to have played in front of a packed MCG. Congratulations to
@AusWomenCricket
for their win. So proud of this
@BCCIWomen
team. Met some incredible people and made some amazing memories.
My wish and hope for every kid growing up wanting to take up cricket or any other sport would be to have a personal cheer leader/ well wisher like Ian Bishop. His positive outlook on every single cricketer he commentates over knows no bounds. ❤️
Also, if you think hurling abuse on my TL or some one else’s helps you get your point across pls continue to do so. I can speak for myself, it does NOT.
P.S. I’m heading to the kitchen to wash the dishes,with papa lending me a hand in preparing dinner.✌🏽
‘I got that sunshine in my pocket,
Got that good soul in my feet!!’ 🏏
I know I’m a little late to the party, but massive for
@BCCIWomen
to have another test match added to this year’s itinerary. 😍 Kudos to everyone who has made this possible.🙌🏾

The first memory I have of Jhulu di is of a super nice, welcoming and ever smiling India cricketer under whose captaincy I played my first match of Challenger trophy tournament at Motera in 2010.
Ever time I met her, I would ask her heaps of questions and she would try
