Last Friday, my house keeper had an accident. She fell from a ladder while cleaning for holiday. Seeing her blood on the floor, her bruised face and my kids screaming for help was a disturbing seen. I took her to emergency room where they did a procedure and is stable now.

In all honesty, I would have loved to see first the IRA provide the clear data in collaboration and verification by @UNOCHA along side partners. Then acknowledge those that responded first, make them part of it before opening another wave of accounts! Build trust first!
