@LalloeGrapes No. They're filling, curb a sweet tooth, and it's low cal. Ik everyone is so terrified of them but an extra small one is around 72 cals and a small one is like 90, sometimes less. It's best to weigh them to know for sure.

I found photos I took of myself the first time I got to 97lbs at 16yrs old and the amount of difference compared to when I got there at 20yrs old is INSANE, like it looks entirely different cuz of the changed body structure & muscle to fat ratio
