also not to be rude(?) but if you’re under 15 you really shouldn’t be on edtwt, with the amount of toxicity that can be on here it’s super dangerous (coming from someone that joined/started lurking at 12)

i eat around 800ish cals and walk 30 mins on a treadmill daily but i have listened to subliminals in the past as well as done manifestation so i mean it’s possible but idk 100%
