My process for getting diagnosed with ADHD as an adult was as follows. When I started to get suspicious I might have it, I took a self diagnostic test online, then brought it to my psychiatrist. He referred me to a neuropsychologist for screening, and my diagnosis was confirmed.

@defnoodles I think the problem with this is, if you do something bad enough (screaming at workers and calling them “cunts”) it doesn’t really matter WHY you did it or if you apologize, the people you wronged are allowed to continue to be upset and talk about it. Gabbie’s in the wrong.
