Not touching something with legs is a sign of respect only in India and few Asian countries. Chill out and let them celebrate how they want.
@Akshat_World
Start a service based agency in a specialised skill like marketing, content creation, social media, design, website development, etc.
Startups, brands, and SMB businesses are willing to pay starting anywhere from 20-25 thousand a month to as much as lakhs per month; depending on

Honestly a lame one. Just using the stereotype of Orry with a cliche script.
These guys are selling Orry more than CRED.
@nicktheriot_
The left one naturally performed better due to high contrast design and hence better readability. I've noticed this with META multiple times. High contrast ads outperform.
Also, the arrowhead texts add more context to the copy. Which was kinda missing on the right.
@jaskiratlambaa
That's a ludicrous statement.
Forget profits. Any startup or a business needs to make money to sustain and stay relevant.
There are resources to maintain, there are employees to be paid each month.
Without money being one of the priorities, you'll only be running an NGO.
@iuditg
For India to grow, it's the value + wealth creation and hence consumption that needs to grow.
70 hours of weekly work is not mandatory for everyone to achieve that.
It's either a blanket opinion coming from his background of work, or a narrative he wants to put out.
@Codie_Sanchez
That's exactly why so many people are stressed out of work, depressed, and burnt out.
They're doing it for the money and not for the love of doing it.
Truth is, work is great when you don't need the money.
Too many people neither love what they do nor do what they love.
@BakshiNamrita
Language is developed by culture. You can't learn a language in true sense unless you immerse yourself in that language's culture.
How? Watch shows or movies in English, have friends that are comfortable talking in English, write or document your experiences in English, etc.
@Akshat_World
This is not SBI but a very naive social media agency who was briefed to promote personal loans, and this is what they're cooking in the name of it. 😂

Co-fos are just not about distributing responsibilities and equity.
A good co-fo acts like a feedback source to any decision you are about to make, just like autocorrect feature that gives you a second chance.
Two people complementing each other helps make less bad decisions.
Too many project ideas overwhelming you and not letting you prioritise and take the right action at the right time as a solopreneur?
See...you got more time than you think. Just keep playing the game for at least a decade.
Here's how you can prioritise your ideas with 'CAFE' 🧵

How do you go about it?

T2/T3 mei it's better to have your own house than a flat.
Flats are suitable in T1, especially due to maintenance, availability, and affordability reasons.
1 CR. is all it takes to build a lavish 3-4 bhk house in T2/T3, whereas the same amount gives you a 2 / 3bhk in a T1.
FrontRow, an Indian startup decided to shut down as it failed to establish a PMF after raising 125Cr and getting valued at 400Cr INR ($50MM)
My respect for MSMEs, profitable bootstrappers, indie founders, and solopreneurs is through the roof! 🙌
Selling B2B SaaS?
Don't just rely on PLG (Product Led Growth)
Try OLG for a change (Offer led growth)
Price your packages with not just product features, but offer add-ons too.
Eg:
- A video course solving the user's problem w/ your product▶️
- a playbook📖
- database📄, etc.
Best way to learn ChatGPT is simply using it more & regularly.
Don't fall for prompt engineering gurus. It's just good English + clarity of thought + subject matter context.
I built my first no-code AI SaaS on Bubble within a month. ChatGPT+ was my go-to mentor all throughout!

You cannot be data-driven when the data is a lie in the first place.
As a marketer nowadays, you must amalgamate empirical data on screens with neurological data points from your experience, expertise, and intuitions to make marketing decisions.
@theayanhafeez
Don't label the icons.
Let the users fcuk around and find out what each icon leads to. Eventually they'll create a psychological habit loop where they no longer need to know the meaning of an icon, but just care about what it does.
Show, don't tell. Let them do!
@thesayansapui
Better startup idea: Convincing Indians in general that big fat weddings costing their life savings are not necessary for a happy marriage. :')
80% "personal brands" on LinkedIn are ghostwriters & ghostwriting agencies pretending to be their clients and publishing content on their behalf.
Don't know how to say it gently, but this is such a small d**k trend lately.
Twitter (X) is where most people are being raw & real!

Grey is indecisive. It's much more subjective.
It will bring more chaos than two bipolars co-existing in equilibrium.
World has to decide on what's black and what's white for them.
Both will co-exist. Like always!
Grey is just a region of chaos and indecision.
I had started writing a book 6 months back but gave up due to stress and lack of motivation.
Picked it up again.
Aim's to publish it in Q1 of 2024.
Let's see.
What unfinished projects are you looking to revive this year?
Credit cards made the U.S. spend money they didn't have.
UPI is making Indians spend the money without realising how much they have.
Overspending is a common threat in either case.
Best SaaS idea is a solution you best understand or a problem you best relate with.
Next time you wanna come up with an idea, don't start with "How about I..." and search for something new;
Instead go for "Why don't I..." and solve one of your existing itches

A great way to look at niches is finding something that's not the common denominator.
Every niche has a TAM.
Every niche has customers.
Every niche has money.
Every niche has a business potential.
What's not the common denominator?
YOU! Or to word it differently, your liking
Treat your X posts/ profile as a website.
Treat your comments/ replies on other's posts as an ad for your website.
If you're posting 'x' posts a day,
comment 8x to 10x a day.
But comment like you give a damn.
Be helpful without shallow greetings.
Works like a charm!

Believing god is existent even though no one ever saw it is a bigger foolish.
God is a faith. Let it be your faith.
Don't justify it with logic.

Work-induced stress and the rush of cortisol messes up everything in life. Fitness isn't immune to that as well.
I've now made it a point to choose a work style that optimises for least stress and hence I can also focus on other two important aspects of life- health & relations.

Kind of age where shadi bhi karni lekin partner nahi hai, business bhi karna but finding, client, ya customers nahi hai, paisa bhi kamana lekin passion khone ka bhi dar hai.
This is like the puberty of late 20s effing with everyone's minds.
@businessbarista
Loneliness.
No business is catering to this problem. Social media and dating apps are a joke. There's a huge gap for a real solution that optimises not for their monetisation but real world impact by bringing people closer in the offline world.
@WhatsApp
They're still bugging being on the top of all chats.
How about putting archive chats all the way down, and increasing the number of pinned chats allowed?
Thoughts?
Currently spending approximately $4000 a day across Facebook and Google ads for one of our clients. (3x blended ROAS)...
Yet the total number of campaigns including both platforms is just 10.
Yes, ONLY 10!
Go simple fellas.
It does scale that way.🙂

You start with a simple idea, thought, notion, or an advice and then start complicating it further towards the peak; only to realise that 'simple' was always right.

Dancing and Cricket is often rewarded with awards and trophies.
Indian parents don't see the money there.

Is there a tool that can be used for transactional as well as marketing emails for SaaS?
Or would you recommend having different tools for each?

I accidentally stumbled upon your profile yesterday and clicked on the domain.
It took me to the GPT and I got my Bumble profile reviewed.
Looks like I was an uninvited beta tester, lol.
The output was decent and quite detailed.

I finally replied to someone who has been sending me cold emails; after months of ghosting.

She not just addressed the reasons why I might be ghosting, but also shared 4 PDFs regarding her service that were not just marketing materials.

Shivaji Maharaj was not as tall as Sharad Kelkar.
Chinmay Mandlekar, a Marathi actor, has the closest resemblance to Shivaji Maharaj. He has played the role in many movies.
