Forced to do leg press-smith machine squat-calf raises today from squats-deadlifts-calf raise because the two squat racks were occupied. If you are working out as a couple, I think you can alternate using 1 rack right? Anyway, laban lang sa mga katulad natin na may work today.

Had a good workout today. Was able to do 12 reps even on the 3rd set (usually I do just 8 on the 3rd). It might be the three butter/Vegemite/cheese sandwiches I ate before I turned in last night. Maybe good sleep. Or both. Also, learned how to take a pic without much blurring.

Most people don't know that I posed nude for a friend way back in 2004. He was interested in shooting a male nude but was having a hard time finding a model. I brought it up with my BF back then and he agreed. This was shot at his makeshift studio at his home in Cubao.
