I don’t get why more players don’t go up north to play in the CFL. Listening to William Stanback, Shawn Lemon, Cody Fajardo, Marc-Antoine Dequoy — these guys are passionate about this league. Dequoy talking about Coach Maas’ insistence on embracing French and the

is supremely underrated. And again this year its championship game (Grey Cup) was as suspenseful and entertaining as any football game I’ve seen this year.

That’s a problem. In a business as big as college football, they should be required to explain and there should be an ombudsman who keeps them accountable.

“Everything Is Bellmore” was one of the best episodes of TV I’ve ever seen. Any platform. Any era. I’m going to have to watch it again it was so good.
@nut_history
Underrated movie. Was never a Field Of Dreams guy but loved FTLOTG, Bull Durham and Moneyball. And while we’re on the topic of Costner sports movies, give me “Tin Cup.” Seen it 30 times.

Completely agree. I'm just a dude from Oklahoma, but I like everything unique about it. The rules, the stadiums, the perks, TSN's broadcasts. My primary suggestion: expand within Canada - Halifax and Quebec City at least.
@ThatEricAlper
I was definitely sad when Amy Winehouse died. You just knew it was coming. George Michael and David Bowie were gut punches, and so was Anthony Bourdain.
@Super70sSports
Was that Rick Mahler pitching? Rick Mahler was always pitching when the Braves were on it seemed. It's like they had a rotation of 1. Rick Mahler. (Or Zane Smith)

'You Can Get It' as the bumper music out of Mizzou-Army! Folks, "Blink Once" is one of the better albums you'll hear this year.
Loved spending the morning in Laurel. Hopefully didn’t freak the locals out too much with all the house photos we took. 😆

It is -- in his column -- not in that situation. Again, the columnist took the bait. Not the best way to have gotten the best answer from Jameis. There are so many other ways that could have been asked. FWIW, the players should have done what the coaches asked, full stop.

to download Helen Reddy, noting how underrated a musician she was. TOTALLY AGREE. Both she and Mac Davis, who also passed yesterday, were fantastic.

High praise for the new coach. The “leader of men” part is so key in the NFL. If the players don’t respect the coach, it becomes apparent quickly

Good example of newsjacking for marketing purposes, but this makes me wonder if Colin literally has a quota of USC mentions he has to make each day to cash that check.

Baker for sure. Huge tangibly and intangibly. But an underrated one would be Jack Mildren. List is too short to include everybody, of course.
As a 30 year Browns fan I have seen us on the other side of a win against the Ravens too many times.
My Takaways
-Team is improving every week
-Chubb is a beast
-Defense is legit
-Oline gives Baker protection needed
-Freddie is growing as coach
-Baker 👌
-Team competes

Same. I get it: the

earned 4x as much on the deal but it left those of us in the U.S. in the cold. Grey Cup wasn’t even broadcast on CBSSN. That’s cutting off the nose to spite the face. Extraordinarily short-sighted by the league.

got lucky. They don’t deserve any mention in the playoff discussion. Defense was awful and the offense felt like it was all about one dude.
