$EOSE can’t believe there is such doom and gloom when are are an inch away from FAT/SAT and closing on DOE, with positive updates on progress and demand signals through the roof. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@Zerosumgame33 Just like sellers in the mid/high $2s, in the $3s, now the $4s, they’ll be looking back, as many, many already have, wishing they never sold, but added, at all these levels. Same at $5, $6, $7 and so on. Either you understand the enormity of the potential here, or you don’t.

$EOSE The one thing I have been pondering a lot and thinking about philosophically a lot lately, especially while taking walks, meditating, journaling, practicing general mindfulness, is... "Why in THE FUK didn't I buy more under $.80".

$EOSE Grok is pretty fun. I prompted "Image of Eos Energy Z3 BESS in city landscape". The first 20 times or so it kept generating images of $TSLA Megapacks ( @elonmusk bias?) but I finally got it to create this.

$EOSE It is really, really simple, and been said: you do not bring a customer to a company if you're executing a LTO strategy, in fact it is literally the complete opposite of what you'd do as the acquirer; and you sure as fuck don't bring a customer that represents a large % of

$EOSE Don't fall for worst case dilution scenarios until DOE disbursement. Same people spreading it are probably the same who drove the price down yesterday. Not hard to co-ordinate a sell-off with the SP where it is. Conveniently seem to be ignoring discussion in the ER call of

$EOSE I think it is pretty simple for me: the rubber has to meet the road, now, in Q3; and by the end of Q3, if we haven't made appreciable progress towards $60 million in revenue, or solid evidence that they will reach their low end guide, I will reconsider my position.

$EOSE we all know the automated line is the collateral for the loan required by DOE, and that $EOSE themselves set this CP because they had no other option. SAT gives ownership, this triggers funding. I personally don’t believe there are other CPs that they haven’t met, and FAT

$EOSE not doing a “RS”; big news is coming; we’ve underestimated the cashflow cycle relative to need for further dilution: we’ve given @JoeMastrangelo8 and @JigarShahDC too much shit. @PoweredByEos is the only non Li-ion BESS that can deliver on the HUGE DEMAND. All this is IMHO.

$EOSE As we get imminently closer to SAT, and possibly therefore DOE close, clarity on capital strategy and DOE disbursement, I expect some crazy volatility. We could see a liquidity grab down to 0.68-0.70 worst case, but imo it would hit and be back up in a flash. There is some
