@FreemyerGreg @OBGInvestments You *may* be right about that, but I'd imagine they refinanced under the same terms. We would have to pinpoint where it says covenants no longer exist. Refinance announced June 24th. Considering they would've been non compliant by June 30th. I'd say the covenants still hold.

How's everyone doing today? I see ZSG is back... as predicted by my spreadsheets. Options expiration today. FUD engines running at 100%. Interesting. $EOSE PS - nothing has changed. As even ZSG as stated on numerous occasions... this is a 2025-2026 story. $1, 2, 0.75....
