43 years ago today, one of the best snaps I've taken, if not in quality then certainly in significance. Stuart Pearce in goal for @WealdstoneFC at Scarborough. Keeper had been carried off injured, we had 3 players sent off and lost 4-0.

40 years ago today I snapped this - Wealdstone FC 's greatest son Stuart Pearce in goal at Scarborough. We'd had 3 players sent off, keeper carried off injured, so 18 year old Stuart took the gloves. Lost 0-4. Happy days! @Wealdstone_FC @WealdstoneFC @safc @TheStuartPearce
