Well @IanMWelsh - 10 years ago today we set up Ayr Gaiety Partnership: 1 refurbished theatre, 700 or so shows, 1500 or so performances, 3,000 or so artists 400,000 or so audiences, & around 8,000 young people engaged later, I think it was a good move @AyrGaiety @southayrshire
