Important to be grateful. My biggest challenge right now is determining profitability. Just two months ago, it was back against the wall trying not to be bankrupt. Now daily payouts look like monthly salaries. Whatever happens this BFCM, happy to just be involved.

I think to consistently scale upwards, you have to look at the goal as the norm, the mental 'peak' will be the peak if you glamorise it. Reminds me of Sam Ovens that we fall to our baseline, and never what we aspire to.

@tobi @harleyf TLDR - your 20% hold of store rev for 120 days negatively impacts the growth of a brand and is excessive - please reconsider. Last week, I scaled pretty aggressively, and for a short period of time had a high number of orders unfulfilled, that's on me.
