I’ve been drop-shipping since I was 15. I’ve run up numbers on dashboards these gurus didn’t even know existed. Over time, I developed a real hatred towards agencies - but that’s exactly why I’ve decided to start one. Allow me to explain… IMO: the most talented people in ecom

The ability to manipulate CPA with cost/bid caps is overpowered. Building brands isn’t linear. Sometimes we want growth - other times we want profit. Most of the time it’s somewhere in between. Cash running a bit low? Cool. We’ll drop bids & FB will focus on maximizing profit.

Rocked up to private equity firm. Dressed like a baller. Cartier frames on [indoors]. Filled a few spreadsheets. Signed a couple docs. Shook hands with men in suits. Watched a 6-fig wire hit. Cracked a small smirk. Went back to $50/night hotel. It’s all just another day

Important lesson: saturation is a myth. When we were doing £50k+ days with this brand consistently, It made £10k days seem like nothing - we’d hit that before I woke up. And you’re scared your store can’t do £5k/day because someone else is doing £100k/day? Wake up, idiot.

Move over Julius Caeser, this one’s for the history books. I NEVER want to hear: “yOu cAn’T sCaLe wItH bId CaPs” ever again. (Well, maybe you can’t, but I can) In October our ad account got banned (because we were printing so hard they thought it was BH). In November, I

Dropshipping gets a lot of hate - I’m not sure why. (Well, I do know why - because most drop-shippers only sell courses. I don’t sell a course, so here’s my thoughts…) DS is simply a fulfillment method & it’s a pretty damn good one. The focus should be building an

This is the difference between me & your favorite ecom guru. I got people in my DMs begging to be coached by me. Bro even offered $2.5k. The last thing I would ever do is take any money from a beginner & have them believe my methods will automatically help them win. It

I couldn’t care less how many people try rip our stores & content. Never going to beat us. Let’s see if you can copy our ad accounts, & let’s see if you can copy the prices we have with our supplier. Good luck to ya.

The biggest competitor in this space is doing £100m+/ day. & you still think saturation is real? It’s a myth. All it means is: MONEY IS FLOWING. Learn how to capitalize on it.

Crazy nostalgia from the purple dashboard days. 19 years old. Fresh out of school. Copped this as my first car. $150k on the Shopify dashboard. 0-60mph in 3.7s on the digital one. 4-digit plate too. Iykyk. Reminiscing old times always makes me want to push even harder. Gotta

The three best times to run cost controls are: - when demand is up (Q4) - when demand is down (Q1) - when it’s somewhere in between. Q4 is ecom on easy mode. Demand is sky high & it’s a lot easier to scale. Even the low-cost dorks manage to do it. Sadly, it’s not Q4 all year.

Our cost controls are working again (6x MER on reduced spend). In 2023, I didn’t have a single unprofitable day in ecom - but in the past few weeks, we lost thousands. Don’t listen to anyone (struggling agency owners) telling you Meta wasn’t broken. It was. I was spending

Meta ads are (somewhat) starting to pick up again. I’ve not adjusted any of my cost/bid caps - but spend has increased 2x (across all brands). The past few months have been a beautiful demonstration on why cost controls are so powerful. In bad times - Meta will drop spend &

Imagine your ROAS fluctuating daily. Could never be me. Mine stays above 3. The only thing that fluctuates is spend. Good days: we spend more. Bad days: we spend less. & I don’t have to lift a finger. Bid caps are the way - one day your clueless agency will realize.

We only did £100k this week. I thought Meta was starting to pick back up & fix itself - but I don’t think it is. As someone in the club noticed last night, I have “cost-control mafia” tattooed on the back of my neck. She asked what it means. “Basically, I know when something

I wish Shopify would just make the dashboard like the BFCM one was. I hate the new one. Anyway, here’s my Top 5 tips on how to make the actual numbers on your dashboard look prettier: 1) High AOV Bundles The higher your AOV, the more you can spend to acquire a customer. The

One hell of a month. Started off at £20k days. Had our eyes on the 7-fig month. But then we bumped into the problems… & the problems kept coming. Now we’re stuck at £2k/day. Daily reminder: this game ain’t easy. But we move. Onwards & upwards.
