It was a year ago today that I arrived in Ochopee, Florida to work a Winter Season with Big Cypress National Preserve in the Everglades. Then I spent 6 weeks visiting friends at home and preparing for a road trip that took me one month driving from Maryland to Alaska.

My friend is a #vanlife mobile mechanic, I'm so glad I have his help when I'm at my home base. This is his pup Krieger. 🥰🐕‍🦺 Replacing parts, doing fluid changes, running around town to get more parts and tools. Have to go to the store for parts again tomorrow to finish the job.
