Lately I've been experimenting with using they/them pronouns whenever referring to someone In writing that I haven't met yet whose gender I'm unsure of. Not a single person has noticed BECAUSE IT REALLY ISN'T THAT DIFFICULT TO DO AND EVEN LESS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND.
