In about 2007 @lizziemorets put me on some work experience and I got to shadow @1927productions .I got to sit in 6 hour long production meetings, and discussions where they talked about big budgets (to me anyways) and getting to travel about the UK making shows. My mind was blown

I keep questioning why I feel so utterly depressed at times - and then am reminded that I have lost three family members and a years worth, and probably more, of work in under a year. And breathe in. And out. And in. It’s never going to be ok. It’s just going to be manageable

@muscleforlife Well. I run for an hour a day and do weights for an hour a day minimum 5 days per week for over 20 years (minus Covid) and look like a sack of shit. My diet is all over the place but I understand deficits and macros . Genetics play a pretty big role.

Just found out an old student of mine got into @KingstonUni . Very emotional very proud. 😭 No one in that school I taught at got any qualifications in their other subjects..but my students got BTEC ‘s where I was the lead and registered the school for the qualification.
