To be a man you must move out of the shade of your parents patterns.
Fear, bitterness, regret only serve to hold you back.

Stop and analyze.
You are likely running into an unconscious pattern and need to bring it to light to move on.
When life hurts you, you can either heal it by protecting the part that got harmed, or you can heal it by replacing the part that got harmed with something better.
While working on screens, your brain is always hyper focused visually.
While hiking you slow your diffuse awareness to expand, and new connections form as a result.
Every morning:
-get moving
-get sunlight
-get hydrated
-get clean caffeine
-get after your most important work first thing
Don't:
-eat junk food
-over-caffeinate
-scroll mindlessly
-wake up like an accident
Set the tone right away.
