@suzterngesot I could even argue that it’s better than having a 500 cals limit or sum. U’re capable of exercising and doing so many more things! + that intake makes it harder for u to binge For us at uni or who work, we might really need at least 1.2k to function. It’s definitely restriction!!

@tteokdiet She’s definitely taking vitamins and supplements bc four weeks is insane😭 I’ve never been one to take care of my health but I’m aware that taking vitamins helps a LOT with fatigue n such! Vitamins and water are very important to keeping urself stable even on such extreme diets
