ingredients mushrooms - 500g onions - 200g vegetable broth cubes - 2 water - 700ml light cooking cream - 120ml method boil 700ml of water cut mushrooms & onions add all ingredients besides cream to water and boil for 10mins add the cream puree the soup 20 calories per 100ml

ingredients canned chickpeas flour - 10g dark chocolate - 10g method drain beans from the liquid blend beans until smooth cut chocolate into tiny bits add the flour, sweetener and chocolate to the beans form the cookies and bake for 20-30 mins at 180° makes 8 cookies 23cal

@stars4khai when u juice any fruit, you get rid of all the fiber. fiber has a lot of benefits, one of these is, keeping you full. ur kindney and liver are constantly detoxing ur body so u don't need a juice detox for that. u way as well fast. but from an ed prespective, ur ed ur rules

@someoneidk00 hair, skin and nail vitamins. rosemary oil for hair growth. get it trimmed every six weeks to prevent split ends and promote growth. don’t brush your hair when it’s wet. don’t use boiling hot water, use lukewarm water. detangle your hair before bed and wear a bonnet/silk pillows

- if i want to eat something, i will wait half an hour/do a task i've been putting off and then decide if i actually want it - never accept food from anybody - never waste money on food you don't need - 2.4L of water a day MINIMUM - never eat with hands, only cutlery

food rules - if i want to eat, i have to make it. no grabbing things from the pantry and mindlessly eating. - if i want food, i have to cut it. physically cutting it and examining the food either gives me enough time to realise my mistake, or it repulses me.

@poffincals one of my brothers has autism. he got beat up at a bus stop outside our house where some boys from his school got off. i wasn't home so i didn't hear or see anything i only noticed when i got home and he had bruises on his arm and face. he cried for days and transferred schools.

@brunetteisla as a former child of poverty, parents will buy mcdonald's over natural foods as they tend to be more expensive. it's not laziness, it's poverty. my mum would've preferred to buy fresh produce but she couldn't afford it, especially with 5 kids.
