Victims of domestic abuse can 'Ask for ANI' (pronounced Annie) in any Boots or Superdrug store, to signal that they need help immediately. On hearing the codeword, a member of staff will take you to a private area in the store and will help you get the support you need #AskforANI

Cycle safe, have fun. If you're cycling to work or for exercise there are lots of routes that are quieter & away from the main roads. View routes & rides or plan your own . Follow social distancing guidance. #cyclenorm #spacetomove

Think twice. If you are out enjoying the sunny seafront on your bike, please don't cycle on the promenade, take extra care around pedestrians and keep your safe social distance. Stay alert. Control the virus. Save Lives.
