just a little note that this is 47-52 kgs for taller girls!! that’s what i had in mind while making this, if you’re towards the shorter side that would probably be 42~ ish kgs roughly, but every body is different!!

i like to eat before working out so i have energy to burn a significant amount of cals without passing out. worked out on a completely empty stomach before and i threw up and passed out so i don’t recommend

just a bit could really make a big difference!! you can still keep your net at 300 by working out, that’ll speed up your metabolism even more
