fasting/high res tip: wear an outfit that would easily show you're bloated like low waisted jeans and a tight top, i wear this at work and the fear of looking bloated stops me from eating (i work at a restaurant and always get offered leftovers/free food) it definitely helps!!

9. smelling good (1/2) ALWAYS be the best smelling person in the room, deodorant, perfume, hair mist, scented body moisturizer, all very important. and plz don't go and buy completely different fragrances for everything, all the combined smells will end up smelling nauseating
